Got refunded afterward waiting month after my package... UPS screwed up the shipment.
Only Nether Armour phone number doesn't fifty-fifty exist, don't reply emails and then they mention on their website well-nigh live chat which is never active or online...
No costumer service at all and no where to contact them.

Very poor customer service, nothing but lies
Very poor client service, ordered a pair of trainers in the black Friday sales , everything went through fine got the emails and delivery notification, cut the story short vii days on withal no sign of delivery got InTouch with ii customer services agents only for both of them to have different story as to why I did not receive my club but the one that fabricated me realise how much of a bad company it is is when he told me distressing out of stock ,but on there website the detail is in that location but now at full price and not the sale price. I'm withal waiting for my refund. I will never apply under armour once more

I ordered basketball shoes from the Nether armor Ireland store. 5 days after the payment, I received the bulletin "thanks for the payment". I was already expecting the sneakers to be delivered to my habitation, and non to be told that I had paid, which I know I did... Later I received information that my sneakers should come from Nippon i.e. that the payment went to the Japanese business relationship?! Nigh 20 days take passed, I still take no information if and when I will receive the sneakers! I do not recommend shopping in this "shop"! I will ask for the money dorsum from Pay Pal, through whom I paid! Shame!

so placed 2nd order of 3 shorts 1 was missing contacted UA via alive chat..could non notice order ?? sent me a e-mail link so reported missing item using email...nothing
and so reached out via twitter yesterday nothing so far.will update.
based on other reviews customer service is a clown schoolhouse..either ignored or passed the cadet/lie

Excellent service
Bought ii tops for a souvenir but unfortunately they were non the thermal ones I should accept ordered. I had taken the packaging off and recycled it. But after phoning the free phone customer service I was able to return it no problems and ordered the correct tops with the help of the customer service squad. Costless returns picked upward from my house free of charge with UPS. Definitely recommend their gear and customer service.

You lot get what you pay for. I've just received some workout leggings. They are amazing! Not only very good quality just make me look a dress size smaller too. Unremarkably buy Sweaty Betty & would say near equal for comfort, compression, quality & style.

Poor service, still waiting refund
Agree with other reviews hither and wish I'd read them before ordering! My goods never arrived and when I chased up, UA told me they had been returned to them but they had no idea why. They said they would refund me. 2 weeks later I contacted again to hunt the refund and was told it has been candy. PayPal confirmed they had no refund from UA. So they've added lying to their general incompetence. Practice not order from them!

Terrible terrible service. Ordered on the 2nd of January and notwithstanding nothing and no refund which I have asked for on many occasions.
It has been a month absolutely disgusting. They should exist ashamed of themselves have your money so literally ignore you lot and fob you of. I placed a gild and 2 items showed upwardly in club instead of ane I called to cancel one and they said they cant cancel, it hasnt even been shipped. This is such BS I at present have to wait for detail to arrive and then who knows how long before they receive item back. I have had several issues with the times non being received not sure why I carp purchasing from them ever again.

Just idea I would add an additional review to the one that was added earlier this month. I placed an order on 1st Dec, this still has not been shipped. I yet take not received a refund. I am in the process of going through the small-scale claims court to get a refund. I will continue to provide reviews of this company until my refund comes through.

Very satisfied 👍 Was a footling nervous, crusade I ordered 2 pairs of shorts and a tank pinnacle before I read the reviews on trustpilot and these are not very good. Buttttt I got my packet and the shorts are perfect though is the tank top, but it'due south not my style (the tank top), so I had to turn it back. Once more I was a little nervous, crusade many wrote that they never got their coin back… Just I did really as promised - four working days after I received the mail. Therefore 5 stars from me and I will surely buy at unteramour.european union again 👍

2 weeks afterward and I have no refund... emailed a further 4 times, messaged on their Facebook & Twitter accounts but still no replies.

Generic electronic mail to inform customers of cancelled orders. Absolutely no reason given and a complete lack of communication from an international brand! Still no refund afterwards two weeks, even though the generic email said a refund would arrive inside v working days. Tried calling, merely can't get through, no response to emails. Worst customer service I've ever received. Needless to say, I won't be using ever once more.

Phone number doesn't piece of work when you try and call on their really short working 24-hour interval. Live chat intermittent and electronic mail customer support, don't fifty-fifty reply.

No refund withal. Almost 1 month since social club fail.
Ordered 4 for approx. 200 €. No confirmation or mail service or anything. When contacting them by phone (they don't reply emails), they said that social club was returned to them. I told them no notice was put in my mailbox or via electronic mail. They couldn't say why
It's more than than one month and the money has non been send to my account, so I judge I don't know if it'southward a real visitor yet or a phishing fraud

I take made iii purchases with them, 2 little hassle, 3rd one all the same I am still waiting iii weeks subsequently purchase due to a supposed upshot with ups. Now if there is a excess with ups then update your website instead of misleading customers. I contacted your customer support and to be honest there poor at best, they simply don't give a toss nigh when I go my guild they say information technology's out of there hands and I can inquire for a refund and cancel order if I want. What I want is for yous to contact ups and get my gild shipped I take spent over 500 euro with yous in the last ii months.
